  • How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit and when are they due?
    $825.00 per quarter due by the 10th of January, April, July and October.  A late fee of $25 will be charged if received after the 10th of Quarter.
    Payments are to be sent into BB&T Association Services, P.O. Box 628207, Orlando, FL  32862-8207. 
    Checks are to be payable to Bent Tree Villas East
  • What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
    Each unit is entitled to one (1) voting member who is a unit owner.
  • What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
    You must own your unit for two (2) years before leasing. 
    You can only lease your unit one (1) time per year. 
    You cannot lease for less than three (3) months.
             
  • Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually?
    No.
  • Is the condominium association or other membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000?
    No.

  • How do I get an Estoppel or Condo Questionnaire Completed?
    Send in request with payment of $250.00 made payable to Bent Tree Villas East Condo, 4205 Pear Tree Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. Once payment is received, it will be completed and returned within 10 business days.  If you need it completed on an expedited basis and delivered within (3) business days after the requested is received, an additional fee of $100.00 shall be charged to expedite the preparation and delivery of the document.
