Maintenance Payments

Quarterly Maintenance Payments

Due Dates are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.

Payments can be made by ACH, Bill Pay or by Mailing your Payment directly to First Citizens Bank.

All checks should be payable to Bent Tree Villas East and please include your UNIT NUMBER in the memo section of your check.

In 2026, the amount is $1646.00 per quarter.
